Town SM-24-L-STD-P Description
The Town SM-24-L-STD-P commercial smokehouse oven is constructed of durable aluminized steel, with a galvanized steel exterior and 1-inch fiberglass insulation for heat retention. Designed for versatility, it operates within a temperature range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and features two cooking levels. The oven includes six stainless steel skewers and a left-hinged solid flush-mounted door reinforced with a steel frame and two swivel latches for secure closure during operation.
Equipped with three aluminized steel tubular burners, the Town SM-24-L-STD-P smokehouse oven delivers consistent heat for high-volume cooking. Its 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat away from the kitchen, while the 7 3⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stable positioning. This oven comes with a drip pan set reinforced by a 3⁄16-inch steel baffle and a pressure regulator.
