poor design, poor execution

Poor metal work, very weak solder joints, hard to believe that at this day and age someone can attempt to market such substandard item and this even was supposed to be a 'commercial' grade equipment, simply unbelievable. I did not expect a pretty wine rack, just sturdy enough (for 45 bottles) and functional, it is neither.
