Engineered to support shelves and posts, the Focus FSEC184863 security cage is a versatile tool for commercial kitchens looking to create a secure place for sensitive items. The cage has small openings that help users check inventory quickly, and they promote airflow for stored items, which is necessary for perishables. This open wire design also keeps unwanted users out, and a lock can easily be attached to the doors through the openings, keeping everything secure. Finished with chromate, the cage can be stored in wet environments without corroding, making it a long-lasting item for kitchens. By purchasing 63-inch-tall open bottom posts, the cage can be fitted with casters to make a mobile unit. If operators purchase 74-inch-tall posts with leveling feet, the cage will be sturdy and stationary. Shelves must also be purchased separately; three shelves are recommended for ideal storage.
