This open wire construction also enhances storage because airflow is promoted and moisture buildup is minimized. For optimized organization, posts and shelves can be ordered separately, and a minimum of three shelves are recommended for each cage. To create a mobile cage, users should purchase 63-inch-tall open bottom posts; for stationary cages, 74-inch-tall posts with leveling feet are needed.
