Randell RCP-2N Description
The Randell RCP-2N food well is a narrow, drop-in unit measuring 46 inches wide by 18 31⁄100 inches deep by 25 19⁄50 inches high. It's designed to accommodate two standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans, which are sold separately. Its easy-mount system streamlines installation while its 1-inch drain simplifies water removal; and to minimize its environmental impact, this unit operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
To provide durability and corrosion resistance, the Randell RCP-2N cold well features a steel exterior and 18-gauge stainless steel top and interior; the interior is designed with coved corners that won't harbor debris and can be simply wiped clean. For precise temperature adjustments, this unit is equipped with electronic controls. To preserve chill and improve efficiency, it's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
