Randell RCP-2 Description
For streamlined installation, the Randell RCP-2 food well features an easy-mount configuration and a self-contained refrigeration system. It comes with a single louver panel made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and streamline cleaning. Its top and interior are also constructed of stainless steel to provide additional durability. Overall, this drop-in model measures 30 1⁄2 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 25 19⁄50 inches high and requires a surface cutout measuring 29 inches wide by 24 3⁄4 inches deep.
The Randell RCP-2 drop-in refrigerator accommodates two standard 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, though these components must be purchased separately. To maintain product temperatures and improve efficiency, it's built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This unit operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to minimize its environmental impact.
