The Chicago Metallic 91125 deep-dish pizza pan is made with a solid bottom, including embossed feet that limit the hot pan's contact with a table or counter surface when pizzas are served directly from the oven. Its anodized, hard-coated aluminum construction conducts heat uniformly across its surface, reducing the risk of underbaked or burnt pizzas. Because the pan has a 12-inch diameter and 1 1⁄2-inches-deep straight sides, it's ideal for producing medium-sized, Chicago-style pizzas.
