Not the color in the picture!!!
This is a rose gold color! When I complained they informed me that the color varies and charged a restocking fee because their picture isn't a true representation of the product. If you're searching for a gold tray this isn't even close

Indispensable tool in the kitchen.
I use this pan for everything from roasting veggies to beef tenderloin and chickens. It is the only pan that does not warp in the heat, and I have purchased two for each of my children's households.

BEST Muffin/Cupcake Pan EVER!
Throw away your old cupcake/muffin pans! I bought my first one of these 10 years ago - used from an online site. I make muffins at least once a week and have not used any other pans since. I have bought more and also given them as gifts to grateful recipients, most of whom had remarked on how professional-looking my muffins were. I consider myself a "meticulous" baker who is willing to indulge myself in the best pans I can find for the cost and time that I put into my baking. These pans have their own proprietary non-stick finish and will wipe clean easily if you do it while they are still hot; the manufacturer actually suggests NOT immersing or using soap unless necessary in their "pan maintenance" advice. Although the label says "Large," that means that they will accommodate extra batter that can spill over onto the "crown" part of the pan. I use large muffin papers (from the grocery store - nothing peculiar)that come just up to the first rim, fill them quickly with a 1/2 cup disher/ice cream scoop (#8) and they make a beautiful, uniform domed muffin. (Using the liner makes for really easy removal without breakage and a muffin that transports or freezes easily and leaves you with almost no clean-up.) Pouring a thinner batter into one of the 4-cup iSi flexible silicone measuring cups and then pinching the sides and filling each well to just under the top of that liner gives a traditional cupcake shape without a crown. Of note, when a recipe or box mix says it will make 12 cupcakes or muffins, I get 12 with this pan unless I overfill. I consider these pans to be one of the best "finds" of many years of home baking and one of my most prized pieces of kitchen equipment that most folks don't know about. Katom is one of the few places that I have found that will sell these individually to the home baker without requiring them to buy in multiples of 6 and has the best price to boot.

great baking pans
These pans are great to use for baking. They have a nice non stick coating on them, and are heavier than aluminum sheet pans. They are perfect for a high volume bakery that will use them day in and day out. They have held up well, bake evenly, and are sturdy.

Party Time!
I am using these as plates for our ranch party. Combined with bandana napkins and branded mason jar drinkware, the look is outstanding for this event. The plate size is perfect for buffet style dinner where you want people to take only what they will eat. I LOVE this idea and this product===and the price is right!
