The Chicago Metallic 30850 half-size sheet pan is made of 18-gauge aluminum with high tensile strength, lending it durability and resistance against dents. To prevent it from bowing after use in high temperatures, it has a concave bottom and its reinforced sides offer an extra layer of protection against bending.
