The Browne 58132641 Thermalloy® bun pan is constructed of 18-gauge aluminum, and its bottom is perforated, which promotes airflow around products to give them a crispy, browned crust all the way around. Reinforced with wire, the pan's perimeter edge can withstand frequent use without becoming misshapen, and for efficient storage, this pan can be stacked.
