Chicago Metallic 91065 Description
The hard coating on the Chicago Metallic 91065 pizza pan resists flaking, peeling, and chipping, and to prevent wet dough from becoming stuck to it, it includes an AMERICOAT® pre-seasoned surface. Ideal for personal-sized pizzas, it measures 6 inches in diameter by 1 1⁄2 inches deep. This pan is nestable for stacking in storage and made of 14-gauge aluminum to provide strength and corrosion resistance.
