To prevent wet dough from sticking to the Chicago Metallic 75145 deep-dish pizza pan, it's equipped with AMERICOAT® pre-seasoning. It creates evenly baked crusts with its heat-conductive aluminum construction, which also is durable, lightweight, and corrosion resistant. Due to its nestable design, it can be stacked together with similarly sized pans. It measures 14 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep, which is a great size for large, deep-dish pizzas.
