The Chicago Metallic 75140 pizza pan measures 14 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep to bake large, deep-dish pizzas. Its nestable design facilitates stacking, and it's hard coated to resist peeling and chipping. Strong for high-volume, repeated use, it's constructed of 14-gauge aluminum. This metal is heat conductive for uniform baking.
