Intended to make medium-sized thin-crust pizzas, the Chicago Metallic 49123 pizza pan measures 12 inches in diameter by 3⁄8 inches deep. To provide durability, it's made of 14-gauge aluminum and includes a hard coat to resist peeling and flaking. This pan comes pre-seasoned for instant use, but it's not dishwasher safe, so employees must use detergent to wash it manually.

100 % satisfied with Chicago Metallic coated pizza pan
The coated thin crust pizza pan from Chicago Metallic 49123 is the best pan i ever used. It cleans up with very little time and work I use 550 degrees in my oven to make pizza.
