The Chicago Metallic 40237 sheet cake pan includes a banded rim for edge reinforcement, a seamless interior for uniform shaping, and a non-nesting design that helps with stacking. This unit includes a single cavity for slab-style cakes and measures 2 inches deep with a 30-oz. capacity. Constructed of 22-gauge aluminized steel, the pan features an AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze and spans 25 11⁄50 inches in length and 17 11⁄50 inches in width.
