FWE TST-7 Description
Adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the FWE TST-7 half-height mobile heated cabinet is equipped with a thermostat with an alarm that sounds if the temperature suddenly drops. To prevent accidental adjustments, the control panel is recessed so employees can't bump into it. Its forced-air heating system circulates air evenly for uniform product holding, and its heating elements are top mounted to protect them from damage. This unit is a slim-line model, measuring 28 1⁄4 inches wide by 34 3⁄4 inches deep by 41 inches high.
The FWE TST-7 insulated heated cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that's strong enough to withstand repeated use. The cabinet and flush-mounted door are insulated with high-density ceramic and fiberglass to reduce heat and energy loss. Able to accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, the five tray slides are adjustable in 1 1⁄2-inch increments. To transport food from the kitchen to the dining room, this unit is mobilized on 5-inch casters, and it's fitted with push bar handles to simplify maneuvering.
