FWE TST-10 Description
The FWE TST-10 insulated mobile heated cabinet includes 5-inch casters to enable mobility and push bar handles for maneuvering. A bumper wraps around the bottom of the cabinet to protect it from damage in case of collision. The six tray slides are adjustable in 1 1⁄2-inch increments for versatile use, and they accommodate six 18-inch by 26-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable enough for heavy-duty applications.
For uniform heating, the FWE TST-10 half-height heated cabinet operates with a forced-air heating system. The temperature is adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit using a thermostat, and the control pad is recessed above the flush-mounted door to prevent accidental changes. If the temperature drops too low, an alarm will sound to alert users. Insulated with ceramic and fiberglass, the cabinet effectively retains heat and energy.
