FWE TST-16 Description
With 11 pairs of adjustable tray slides, the FWE TST-16 mobile heated cabinet accommodates (11) 18-inch by 26-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch pans. An adjustable thermostat on the recessed control panel enables temperature adjustments from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and if the temperature drops too low, an alarm will sound to alert nearby employees. It uses a forced-air heating system to uniformly circulate air, and high-density fiberglass and ceramic insulation effectively preserves energy and reduces heat loss.
The FWE TST-16 full-height heated cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel that won't rust or corrode. It's mobilized by 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to secure it while product is retrieved. A wraparound bumper protects the cabinet during transport, and push bar handles are comfortable to grip for maneuvering. Overall, this unit measures 28 1⁄4 inches wide by 34 3⁄4 inches deep by 68 inches high.
