Both the exterior and interior are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan with intensive use. It can accommodate as many as 90 covered plates with a maximum diameter of 12.38 inches. This unit is mounted on casters and includes push/pull handles to facilitate smooth mobility.
