FWE P-120-XL Description
The FWE P-120-XL 120 heated meal delivery cart holds plates measuring 12 3⁄8 inches in diameter, a larger size than many other food carts can accommodate. It can fit as many as 120 plates inside its cabinet so users can transport them from the kitchen to the service area. During movement, stainless steel shelves and shelf brackets support the filled plates, and the Humi-Temp control system keeps them hot and moist.
The FWE P-120-XL 120 meal delivery cart has front-mounted controls that the operator can use to adjust the internal holding temperature. Inside, the humidifying tray is removable and the corners are coved, facilitating thorough cleaning. To control the cabinet, users can push it from place to place on the four rolling caters; stainless steel push bar handles provide a sturdy grip.
