FWE P-200-XL Description
The FWE P-200-XL heated meal delivery cart accommodates extra-large covered plates measuring 123⁄8 inches in diameter, so it's good for delivering full meals including entrées and sides. Because it controls the temperature and humidity of stored meals, this cart ensures uniform quality of food, even if it needs to be stored or transported over long distances from the kitchen. Its blower motor gently moves air throughout the cabinet to ensure all areas remain the same temperature.
Inside the FWE P-200-XL heated meal delivery cart, coved corners and removable wire shelves facilitate cleaning, while the stainless steel interior resists rust from exposure to humidity. Both doors are sealed with high-heat gaskets that won't lose effectiveness from use with high temperatures. When the cart isn't in use, operators can engage the brakes on two of the four 6-inch casters to prevent it from rolling away and striking walls or other equipment.
