FWE E-1500 Description
Ensuring food stays at optimal serving temperatures, the FWE E-1500 meal delivery cart is fully insulated. It heats electronically using forced air and can be warmed when a power source isn't available by placing canned heat in its slide-out drawer. Positioned on 6-inch casters, operators can use the recessed push handles to guide this unit throughout a banquet hall to serve all guests.
This FWE E-1500 meal delivery cart can hold 150 covered plates measuring a maximum of 11 inches in diameter. Its temperature can be adjusted as needed using the full-range thermostat and the unit's baffle ensures the cabinet is heated evenly throughout. To hold covered plates, the cabinet has three shelves. The exterior is made of sturdy, 20-gauge stainless steel while the interior is constructed of durable, 22-gauge stainless steel.
