FWE E-1200 Description
Great for serving large banquet halls or patient rooms in healthcare facilities, the FWE E-1200 meal delivery cart can hold (120) 11-inch-diameter plates with domed plate covers. It supports the plates on three levels of shelving; these shelves resist sagging and have 16 5⁄8-inch clearances. The unit is heated, so it can maintain product temperatures for long periods—when it's unplugged for transport, canned fuel can keep it warm. Its baffle and vented tunnel keep temperatures even from top to bottom and insulation holds heat inside the cabinet.
The controls on this FWE E-1200 E-Series banquet cart are mounted on the front at eye level so users can adjust the temperature and check the thermometer. Its interior is accessible through two doors, each opening to a 270-degree angle for unobstructed loading and unloading. Made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty, and the tubular frame absorbs vibration and shock during transport. The unit is mobile on 6-inch casters—four swivel with brakes and two are rigid.
