The Duke G-4-CBSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table features four full-size wells that utilize wet heat to keep prepared foods from drying out during extended serving periods. Powered by LP gas, it includes a gas regulator for steady fuel flow, and it uses safety pilots to maintain a consistent flame. Individual infinite controls with wire knob guards adjust each well separately, offering multiple heat levels for diverse entrees, sides, and sauces.
Measuring 60 inches long by 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 36 inches high, the Duke G-4-CBSS table is constructed of 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel that resists rusting through spills and daily wipe-downs. An undershelf stores utensils and backup supplies out of view. Set on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet, this unit ensures flat placement on uneven flooring.
