Duke ADI-5E-SW Description
Featuring five wells, the Duke ADI-5E-SW drop-in hot food well sports a 74 1⁄4-inch length. Each inset measures 12 inches by 20 inches to fit standard full-size pans. This food well is meant for drop-in installation, fitting into existing fixtures like a workstation, table, and countertop. The overhang on the front, back, and ends of the unit promises a secure connection through the assistance of locking tabs, while the 6 1⁄2-inch deep liner supports wet or dry holding.
Each compartment of the Duke ADI-5E-SW hot food well is constructed with a sealed element to thoroughly heat any inserted product, and the heating system is operated through two control panels with stainless steel face plates and plastic knobs. The infinite switch controls offer comfortable adjusting when needed. Both the top and exterior housing are also made of stainless steel material. Additionally, the vinyl-foam gaskets reduce any leakage with a secure seal.
