Vulcan VWT36S Description
Made of stainless steel, the Vulcan VWT36S standard oven range work surface adds durable workspace and enclosed heating in a single footprint. The back of the worktop includes a 4-inch stainless steel stub riser to help reduce wall exposure to heat, while a 1 1⁄4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear gas connection support direct alignment.
Located below the work surface, the Vulcan VWT36S standard oven includes thermostatic controls that adjust temperatures from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven interior is porcelain-lined on the bottom, sides, and interior door panel to simplify cleaning and improve heat efficiency. One oven rack is supplied and can be repositioned between three rack slots. The door opens smoothly on counterweight hinges, and the millivolt pilot system enhances safe operation. This unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling on uneven kitchen floors.
