Built for repeated daily use, the Vulcan VMG72102 gas griddle uses liquid propane and features two front-access grease drawers and a fully welded grease chute to reduce mess. Its stainless and aluminized steel frame adds strength, while rear gas connections and standing pilots simplify setup. Each burner outputs 27,000 BTU for fast, direct-contact cooking performance.
