Vulcan VMG72 Description
Featuring a stainless and aluminized steel frame, the Vulcan VMG72101 gas griddle resists rust and supports repeated, intensive cooking tasks. A fully welded grease chute channels runoff into two front-access drawers to help keep surfaces clean. Its smooth bullnose front offers a safe hand buffer, while 4-inch adjustable legs help stabilize the unit during use.
Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan VMG72101 gas griddle operates with six U-shaped burners that spread heat evenly across the 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface. Its 1-inch polished steel plate maintains heat between batches. Rear and tapered side splashes contain grease, and manual controls help staff members fine-tune temperature levels for specific menu items.
