Rear and tapered side splashes on the Vulcan VMG60 gas griddle help reduce grease mess, directing splatter back toward the plate for efficient cleanup. Five U-shaped burners powered by natural gas distribute heat evenly along the 60-inch by 24-inch surface. The 1-inch polished steel plate retains thermal energy, and manual control valves let staff manage temperature across each cooking zone.
The Vulcan VMG60 gas griddle features a smooth bullnose design that shields the control panel from heat and protects hands during use. A fully welded grease chute directs runoff into two large drawers, helping maintain a clean workspace. Adjustable 4-inch legs steady the unit, and the stainless and aluminized steel frame resists rust and structural fatigue over time.
