The smooth bullnose front on the Vulcan VMG60102 gas griddle protects users from rising heat while shielding the control panel. A welded grease chute prevents leakage beneath the body and channels runoff into two large drawers. Adjustable 4-inch legs support the low-profile frame, which is constructed of stainless and aluminized steel to reduce rust and structural fatigue.
Back and tapered side splashes on the Vulcan VMG60102 gas griddle help contain messes during repeated use. A 1-inch polished steel plate spreads and holds heat for consistent cooking results. Manual valves let staff fine-tune burner zones individually, and five U-shaped burners generate steady heat using liquid propane—a practical choice for mobile kitchens or remote sites.
