A welded grease chute on the Vulcan VMG36102 gas griddle channels runoff into a 6-quart front-access drawer to simplify cleanup. The stainless and aluminized steel frame resists rust and daily stress. Its smooth bullnose front protects hands from radiant heat, and 4-inch adjustable legs support and level the unit on uneven work surfaces.
The Vulcan VMG36102 gas griddle operates with three U-shaped burners powered by liquid propane, distributing heat evenly across the 36-inch by 24-inch surface. Its 1-inch polished steel plate holds and spreads heat consistently. Rear and tapered side splash guards reduce surrounding mess, and manual burner valves pair with a standing pilot ignition system for reliable control.
