Vulcan VMG36 Description
With 1-inch thickness, the steel plate on the Vulcan VMG36101 gas griddle retains heat effectively and reduces temperature loss between batches. Rear and tapered side splashes direct grease toward the plate to limit surrounding mess. Manual control valves manage burner output precisely, and a standing pilot ignition system provides quick startup across the three U-shaped burners.
Delivering 27,000 BTU per burner, the Vulcan VMG36101 gas griddle supports consistent searing and sauteing throughout daily use. Its smooth bullnose front protects hands, and a welded grease chute directs runoff to a 6-quart drawer. Four adjustable legs provide leveling support, and the stainless and aluminized steel frame resists rust and warping during frequent operation.
