Built for high-output cooking in compact kitchens, the Vulcan VHP424 hotplate delivers a total of 110,000 BTU from four 27,500-BTU open burners. Its compact 24-inch-wide frame fits on crowded countertops, while cast iron grates and lift-off burner heads withstand repeated, high-heat use. Each burner includes infinite heat control for precise flame management across multiple tasks.
A full-width aluminized crumb tray slides out for fast cleaning, and the standing pilot ignition system ensures burners are always ready to light. The Vulcan VHP424 hotplate with burners and infinite controls features stainless steel sides, backsplash, control panel, and top trim, plus a cool-to-the-touch bullnose front and 4-inch adjustable legs for proper height and leveling.
