Vulcan VGT18B Description
Bacon, sausage, eggs, and pancakes can be cooked on the Vulcan VGT18B V-series heavy-duty range, which features an 18-inch-wide griddle. Users can ignite the pilot light to heat the single 30,000-BTU burner and then adjust temperature with the snap-action thermostatic control as cooking requirements change. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate is dense enough to heat evenly and retain heat for consecutive uses. Its two sides are built with 4-inch-tall side splashes that prevent hot pops of oil from dirtying adjacent areas.
The Vulcan VGT18B commercial range's cabinet base is equipped with universal rack guides and a shelf for convenient storage of spices, oil, utensils, and cookware. Like the unit's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back, the cabinet's door is made of rugged stainless steel that's corrosion resistant and simple to wipe clean. To ensure stability on irregular or sloped flooring, this 36-inch-wide by 363⁄4-inch-deep by 36-inch-tall unit is mounted on 6-inch-tall legs that can be raised or lowered.
