Vulcan VGMT36B Description
Designed with three burners that have individual pilots and controls, operators can simultaneously cook at different temperatures on the Vulcan VGMT36B gas range. This model is equipped with a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate to cook grilled sandwiches, pancakes, or burgers, and it is powered by liquid propane to provide a steady and even heat distribution. To monitor and adjust temperatures, it includes three snap-action thermostats. For stability, this unit sits on 6-inch adjustable legs for use on uneven or bumpy flooring.
To endure rigorous use in high-volume kitchens, the Vulcan VGMT36B griddle range's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are constructed of stainless steel. It also features a stainless steel cabinet base to store frequently used utensils, cookware, and seasonings, and to conceal these items, it has a stainless steel cabinet base door. For kitchens with limited space, the unit measures 36 inches wide by 417/8 inches deep by 401/2 inches high, allowing it to slot easily into most kitchens.
