Vulcan VGM36B Description
The Vulcan VGM36B features three burners, each operating at 30,000 BTU, and has individual pilots and controls to cook at various temperatures. Its top features a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle for cooking hamburgers, pancakes and sausage, eggs, and grilled sandwiches. For durability, its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back and constructed of stainless steel. Overall, this model measures 36 inches wide by 417/8 inches deep by 401/2 inches high.
Because the Vulcan VGM36B griddle range has a cabinet base, operators can store cookware, utensils, and spices within arm's reach. These stored items are concealed behind the stainless steel cabinet doors, while the universal rack guides and removable shelf enable storing of variously sized items. To simplify cleanup, this unit comes with 4-inch-high side splash guards and an extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray for catching debris while cooking.
