Vulcan VGM24 Description
Operators can secure the Vulcan VGM24 gas range on countertops or equipment stands due to its 4-inch flanged legs and modular configuration. Its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are constructed of durable stainless steel that extends its service life in rigorous kitchen settings. It features two burners, which each run at 30,000 BTU, and includes individual pilots and controls to cook at various temperatures simultaneously. This unit uses natural gas to produce a steady, even flow of heat.
The Vulcan VGM24 griddle range is suitable for cooking pancakes and sausage, eggs and hashbrowns, or hamburgers. It measures 24 inches wide by 36 3⁄4 inches deep by 17 15⁄16 inches high and has 4-inch-high sides to contain messes from splashing onto adjacent surfaces.
