Vulcan VGM24B Description
For long-lasting durability, the Vulcan VGM24B gas range's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back have a stainless steel construction. This unit includes a 3⁄4-inch-thick, ground steel griddle plate to sear, cook, or saute vegetables, pancakes, and burgers. It's mounted on a storage cabinet base to accommodate condiments, seasonings, cookware, or cooking utensils, and it includes a stainless steel cabinet base door to conceal stored items. For storing equipment of various sizes, this base comes with a removable shelf and universal rack guides.
Because the Vulcan VGM24B griddle range has individual pilots and controls, operators can cook at different temperatures on each burner. For precise temperature adjustments, the controls are manual. Overall, this natural-gas-powered unit measures 24 inches wide by 36 3⁄4 inches deep by 40 1⁄2 inches high, saving space and allowing small kitchens to expand their menus.
