Vulcan VCRG48-M Description
The Vulcan VCRG48-M gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate welded to a 3 1⁄4-inch stainless steel back. There are four U-shaped aluminized steel burners placed every 12 inches, offering even heat across the griddle plate. Each burner has an infinite heat control knob to provide accurate heat adjustments. Tapered side splashes contain grease splashes and other messes. Grease is directed to a 4 1⁄2-quart grease can through a stainless steel grease trough. The griddle’s fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame adds structure for durability. Operators can convert this griddle from a natural gas unit to an LP unit with the conversion kit, which is included.
