Vulcan-Hart VCRG48MNG Description

This 48-inch gas griddle is part of the Vulcan VCRG-M series, which has a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate U shaped burners placed every 12-inches for consistent and even heating. This griddle has four 25,000 BTU burners with infinite temperature control valves, which allow for different cooking temperatures across the griddle plate. The chassis frame on this griddle is fully welded from stainless and aluminized steel to resist corrosion and damage.
