Vulcan VCRG36-M Description
For enhanced durability, the Vulcan VCRG36-M gas griddle's 1-inch-thick griddle plate is fully welded to its stainless steel back, tapered side splashes, and grease trough; its stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame is also fully welded to establish the durability needed for frequent use. It's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces and measures 36 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 16 inches high overall. To simplify cleaning, excess oil and debris is caught by the high-capacity 41⁄2-quart grease can.
The Vulcan VCRG36-M griddle features three U-shaped, 25,000-BTU aluminized steel burners spaced 12 inches apart, and for precise temperature control, it's designed with a standing pilot ignition system and independent, manual heat valves for each burner. Because this unit is powered by natural gas, it has a 3⁄4-inch rear gas connection and pressure regulator with a total output of 75,000 BTU. To accommodate operations using LP gas hookups, it includes a field conversion kit.
