Vulcan VCCG48-IS Description
Measuring 48 inches wide by 33 1⁄10 inches deep by 18 4⁄5 inches high, the Vulcan VCCG48-IS VCCG stainless steel griddle supports reliable heat retention across a 48-inch by 24-inch plate with four IRX™ infrared burners. Designed to handle a range of menu items simultaneously, its LP-fueled system supplies 96,000 BTUs and employs individual solid state thermostats that modify thermal output between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vulcan VCCG48-IS griddle's wire guards protect the knobs from impact to preserve set temperatures. Fitted with 4-inch adjustable legs, the frame rises and lowers for secure countertop arrangement. To streamline grease management, 4-inch splashes and a front trough guide runoff into a single drawer. The unit's electronic spark ignition with pilot protection inhibits activation if the pilot light fails.
