Vulcan VC6EC Description
The front, top, sides, and doors on the Vulcan VC6EC single convection oven are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the interior is enameled with porcelain that's easy to wipe clean. To help employees sweep underneath it, it's positioned on 233⁄4-inch legs, and to quickly drop the oven temperature for the next bake, it features a rapid cool-down switch. An audible alarm sounds when the 99-hour timer reaches zero, alerting employees when food is ready.
To repeat recipes that customers frequently order, the Vulcan VC6EC full-size electric convection oven includes as many as 100 programmable menu settings, and it has a roast and hold cycle. For monitoring, a digital display on the oven provides a readout of the current temperature and timer settings, and windows on the doors offer a view of the cabinet. The windows are double paned to remain cool to the touch, and to hold various product, the oven comes with five nickel-plated racks.
