Vulcan VC4GC Description
Heated with LP gas, the Vulcan VC4GC single-deck gas convection oven includes a 50,000-BTU burner that can heat five nickel-plated oven racks measuring 281⁄4 inches wide by 201⁄2 inches deep. Being moved by a two-speed, 1⁄2-horsepower oven blower-motor, hot air circulates around product for uniform cooking. The unit's top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors have non-sagging insulation to maintain a hot space throughout operation. Users can streamline operation with computer controls, which include digital time and temperature readouts, a 99-hour timer with an audible alarm, a roast-and-hold cycle, and 100 programmable menu selections.
The Vulcan VC4GC single-deck gas convection oven is supported by 233⁄4-inch painted legs to uphold its 40-inch-wide by 421/4-inch-deep by 543/4-inch-high frame. Its front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel to endure daily wear from repeated use. Operators can access foods directly via the independently operated stainless steel doors. By opening only one door at a time, users can reduce the amount of heat lost. The doors' double-pane windows provide a direct view into the oven to manage cooking progress.
