The Vulcan V2FT36 gas range top uses natural gas to provide a continuous fuel source for demanding commercial kitchens. It features two 18-in. French tops—each powered by a 25,000 BTU burner—to accommodate multiple pans at varying heat levels, ideal for holding sauces or gently simmering dishes. Its modular design simplifies integration into custom lineups or existing layouts.
Built for lasting performance, the Vulcan V2FT36 gas range top with French tops has a stainless steel exterior that resists wear and simplifies cleaning in high-traffic kitchens. Its polished cast iron tops help maintain even temperatures, and individual pilots and controls allow for accurate adjustments. Flanged feet keep the unit stable during use, and capped gas connections simplify installation and future service.
