Vulcan V2BG4TC Description
Ideal for compact kitchens, the Vulcan V2BG4TC V-series gas range features a dual-top design with two open, lift-off cast burners and two griddle burners. Each burner has independent pilots and controls for flexible temperature adjustments, and for lasting durability the grates are cast iron. The front burner measures 11 inches by 17 inches, while the back burner measures 14 inches by 17 inches. For direct, on-surface cooking it has a 24-inch long by 3⁄4-inch thick, ground steel T-stat griddle. To ease cleaning, this range's 4-inch stub riser and extra-deep crumb tray are constructed of stainless steel.
To evenly bake breads, cookies, and roasts, the Vulcan V2BG4TC range has a convection oven base that can operate between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 27-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 13-inch-high chamber is made of porcelain and includes three rack rails with two adjustable racks. Great for busy kitchens, its heavy-duty door is equipped with counterweight hinges, and for stability, it's mounted on 6-inch adjustable legs. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 363/4 inches deep by 36 inches high and is powered by LP gas.
