Vulcan V2BG18 Description
The Vulcan V2BG18 gas range's top section measures 36 inches wide overall, featuring two 35,000-BTU burners and an 18-inch griddle. While its burners are great for stir frying in skillets or preparing sauces in stock pots, its 3/4-inch-thick griddle allows for preparation of breakfast and dinner items. Each burner has a corresponding pilot and control to simplify operation and offer precise adjustments
The Vulcan V2BG18 commercial gas range is modular, so its open base can be placed on equipment stands, counters, or chef bases; because it sits on 4-inch flanged feet, it can be securely and safely attached to compatible surfaces. Its front, front top ledge, and 4-inch stub riser are constructed of stainless steel and measure 36 inches wide by 363/4 inches deep by 1715/16 inches high altogether.
