Vulcan V2B12 Description
The Vulcan V2B12 commercial range is a heavy-duty, versatile unit. Its 12-inch-wide by 36 3⁄4-inch-deep by 17 15⁄16-inch-high body features two gas burners. Each burner comes with two cast iron grates that vary in size—its front grate is 11 1⁄2 inches wide by 11 1⁄2 inches deep, and its rear grate measures 11 1⁄2 inches wide by 14 inches deep. Great for establishments with expansive menus, its modular design allows for placement on a variety of bases, including equipment stands and countertops.
For promoting product longevity and corrosion resistance, the Vulcan V2B12 gas range has a stainless steel front, base, and sides. Because it's a freestanding unit, it supports safe operation with its burner box, 4-inch-tall stub back, and 1 1⁄4-inch-diameter front gas manifold. Overall, this unit outputs 70,000 BTUs and is powered by natural gas for quick, efficient operation.
