Vulcan V224HB Description
Equipped with two hot top sections, the Vulcan V224HB gas range delivers consistent surface heat across its cast iron cooking plates. The heavy-duty tops are designed to handle high-volume cooking and retain heat to support long-duration holding or simmering tasks. Each burner includes an individual pilot and front-mounted control to fine-tune performance for different recipes. A 1⁄4-inch-diameter front gas manifold directs fuel into the burners, and a capped rear connection provides flexibility for installation layouts.
The Vulcan V224HB gas range includes a built-in storage base, which features a stainless steel cabinet door, rack guides, and one removable shelf for back-of-house convenience. Its stainless steel construction protects against corrosion. For structural support and stability on uneven floors, the unit stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser shields the wall from high temperatures and splatter during cooking.
