Vulcan MSA72 Description
The Vulcan MSA72 gas griddle operates at temperatures between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle’s surface has a U-shaped burner every 12 inches to offer even heat transfer. To provide accurate heating, the snap action thermostats are embedded in each burner. Heavy-duty chrome thermostat knobs guards are durable to stand up to commercial use. The Rapid Recovery™ technology in the 1-inch-thick plate accelerates cook times and increases the production capacity.
Tapered side splashes and a 4-inch backsplash help to keep messes contained to the griddle plate. A 31⁄2-inch grease gutter and grease chute are fully welded to prevent grease migration and make the unit easy to clean. Grease and other liquids are directed to two 6-quart grease drawers. The front rail on the Vulcan MSA72 gas griddle stays cool while preparing food thanks to the bull nose design of the front. It is lifted off countertops and other work stations with 4-inch adjustable legs.
